Getting Started
Can I order only one custom item?
Yes. ArteTribe lets you start from one piece on standard custom products. Available sizes, materials, finishes and other product-specific options are shown on each product page.
How do I place a custom order?
Choose a product, select its available options, upload artwork you have the right to use, check the applicable live 3D preview, and review your selections before ordering online. Start with all products.
Which custom products are available?
ArteTribe currently offers custom acrylic products, custom stickers, custom UV DTF transfers for suitable smooth hard surfaces, and custom DTF transfers for apparel.
Artwork & Uploads
What artwork can I upload?
Upload only artwork, logos, photographs or other images that you created or have permission to use. Do not upload content that infringes another person’s intellectual property or other rights. Read our Intellectual Property Rights information before ordering.
Which file format should I use?
Use the upload controls on the relevant product page and follow the file types and limits shown there. A clear, high-quality source file gives you the best basis for checking your layout in the preview.
What should I check before ordering?
Check the selected product, size, quantity and available options. In the live preview, inspect artwork placement, direction, visible cropping and any product-specific controls. Review all order details again before checkout.
Free Live 3D Preview
Which products include a free live 3D preview?
Applicable product pages display the live 3D preview directly in the customization flow. Current core examples include custom acrylic charms, acrylic boxes, die cut stickers, UV DTF transfers and apparel DTF transfers. Look for the preview controls on the product page before uploading your artwork.
What can the 3D preview help me check?
It helps you inspect how your artwork is placed and oriented on the selected product. Available controls vary because each preview is built around that product’s form and customization options. See the 3D preview guide for a practical walkthrough.
Is the 3D preview a final production proof?
No. The live 3D preview is a pre-order visual check for placement and direction. Screen color, physical dimensions, materials and production details may differ from an on-screen representation and are not guaranteed by the preview.
Orders & Tracking
Can I change my artwork or order after checkout?
Contact ArteTribe as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change. Whether a change is possible depends on the current order stage, so a change cannot be guaranteed after checkout.
How can I check my order or shipment?
Sign in through My Account to review available order information. When you need help with an order or tracking details, use the Contact Us page and include your order number.
What should I do if I entered incorrect order details?
Contact support promptly with your order number and the corrected information. ArteTribe will review the request based on the order’s current stage, but changes are not guaranteed once processing has started.
Shipping, Returns & Support
Where can I find current shipping information?
See the Shipping Policy for the store’s current shipping information. Shipping availability and checkout details can vary by destination and order.
What is the return or refund policy?
Eligibility depends on the circumstances described in ArteTribe’s current Refund Policy. Review that policy and contact support with your order number when you need assistance.
How do I contact ArteTribe for help?
Use the Contact Us page for product, artwork and order questions. If your question concerns an existing order, include the order number and a clear description of what you need help with.
